Bio

My performance coaching journey began during my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Swansea University, with a Strength and Conditioning internship at Swansea City FC Academy. I was responsible for helping the U9-U18s complete their individualised training programmes, match day warm-ups, and recording GPS data to track players performance.

I’ve recently completed my MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, alongside several CPD opportunities aligning to the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR) competency framework, including a UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) Advisor Accreditation. In addition, I’ve also completed a nutrition internship with England Athletics at their Leeds Talent Hub, where I was responsible for conducting 1:1 consultations, analysing nutritional intakes, and developing evidence-based workshops.

I joined the GCP team in September 2021 as a performance coach and nutritionist.

Connecting you with an expert coach

When we introduce one of our expert coaches into someone’s life we begin to build a meaningful relationship they stretches way beyond talking about fitness.

We hear about when they are not sleeping well, not feeling great or when they feel they like are performing poorly at work.

We are asked for advice regarding mental fitness, healthy eating, dietary requirements, sleep and nutrition. Our aim is to become a core and trusted part of our clients daily life.
